I ordered 100 blooms for my grandmother on May 10th and requested for them to be delivered on May 11th. for 9.99.
When I checked my credit card I had been billed for a total of $47 dollars. Not only was this different from my confirmation, they billed me twice. I called custome service and she argued that I was not billed twice. I thought this was a legitimate deal since I was hearing so much about them on notable radio station.
Proflowers has too too many hidden fees and the quality of the flowers are super super poor. I was told I would hear from a supervisor within 24 hours and I am still waiting
