I received a dozen roses for Valentine's Day at my place of business. Immediately the roses were carefully removed from the box and placed in the vase according to the instructions.

The stem of one rose was broken prior to opening of the box. Also, 3 roses arrived already wilting. Within 14 hours, all roses were wilted and drooping.

My partner contacted customer service who did not seem to understand the problem but assured him a credit should be seen on his card within 5-7 days. I greatly appreciated his effort, but my suggestion to my partner for the future was to use a local florist.

Monetary Loss: $85.
