I ordered a dozen roses with extras from Pro Flowers on 2/10, for delivery on Saturday 2/13. It is now 2/14 noon and still no flowers.

I spoke with customer service Saturday at 6:30pm and was told to wait till 8:00pm no delivery. I called again this morning at 8:00am and was told they would refund my shipping charges, I still have not received the flowers and now customer service is not answering the phones.

I guess they are dealing with all their happy customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRO FLOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use your local flower shop.

My boyfriend sent me roses on 02/12 was suppose to recieve them before noon at my job. I get off at 4 and waited until 5 and never recieved them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PRO FLOWER ANYMORE.

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!! :(

I agree .. we had flowers coming on 2/13 and the customer service said it was a Fedex problem.

They only offered shipping refund. A month ago with no snow on the ground same thing.

Not worth the worry, I agree call a local shop! :cry
