I ordered Flowers for my mother on Friday Morning (Before Noon) for same day delivery, paid extra......no flowers on Friday, None on Saturday, and of course none on Sunday. They say they delivered today (Monday) but my mother still has not received them.
From what I can see on the internet, their reputation is so bad, I should NEVER have ordered from them in the first place. HUNDREDS of complaints on them.....and yet they have a banner ad on this "pissedconsumer.com" website - this is probably where 50% of their clients hang out.....from what I can see.
They claimed they would refund the Same Day Delivery surcharge......why not just TELL ME they could not deliver on time!! Or within 48 Hours?
