Pro Flowers took my order and my money and did not deliver the product I ordered. The second day I called and they told me they did not know why it did not ship (cupcakes for my daughter's weekend hosts) Told me they sent an e-mail of a replacement delivery (which I never received).

The hosts never received it either, whatever it was. ProFlowers could not tell me what the substitution was. Does not seem to be a very reliable company. A Huge dissappointment!

My daughter was a guest for the weekend at a friends house 5 hours away and we wanted to extend a little appreciation.

Now we are empty-handed.

The same thing happened to me last year at Val Day. My wife and daughter didnt get any flowers. They told them to come by fedex and pick up TWO DAYS LATER.
