Thos was a gift to my future mother in law on mothers day.First it was deliver to the wrong apt. On the wrong day Then my mother in law had search and ask around for her package thru the residential building and when she finally found it the vase was broken and the flowers were nothing like the picture that I originally ordered.

Some of the tulips were dead and the rest were still bulbs and to add insulted to injury there was no plant food .

I'm very disappointed, angry and embarrass! I wish that upload the horrific flowers that were
