I would not order my flowers from proflowers.com ever again, ups delivered my flowers and i never got them, someone was home no door rang, and now neither company can own up to the missing package and it was a valentine and birthday gift for my mother. I have been on hold with proflowers, they asked me to get a refund from ups and than i call ups they have me on hold neither company is willing to work with me. So as a consumer i have no product and i have been charged the day before my mom birthday and 3 days before Valentine and nothing i can do.
