I first want to say... I will NEVER use you people ever again!

First, or was to be delivered Thursday, but it preselected for Friday. I called. It was to be delivered before noon on Friday, but wasn’t. Then, the flowers was to have a blue and gold vase that I chose as seen on the website and my receipt.

Instead, it was delivered with NO vase! My daughter had to find one of her own vases, a glass red one! The so called flowers that was delivered looked NOTHING like what the sensors shows. The flowers delivered are half of what is shown on the website and what I supposedly ordered, and near dead looking.

Thanks SO much for ruining this delivery! My daughter had just miscarried and that is why I was sending flowers. To brighten her day a little. Pro Flowers ruined that for me!

And for my daughter! The company should be ashamed!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $38.

Preferred solution: Credit the full amount paid, AND deliver at NO cost, what they should have delivered to begin with..
