Flowers and chocolates delivered on time but nothing like online pictures. Flowers limp and lifeless. Arrangement empty and not exciting. How embarrassing to send these flowers to my mother on mother's day? I would not recommend this company to anybody. Spend ypur money else where. I am so dissapointed with this purchase.

My husband sent a box of flowers to my workplace. How embarrassing! The vase was too large for the 12 measly rose buds. No filler included. Just 12 buds. I thought that the idea of sending flowers is to make someone feel special with a gift. What I received was more work at work! Needless to say the flowers are in file 13 with their cheap dollar store vase. I do not have time or ability to arrange flowers; therefore, I am not a florist. When I called to complain about their subpar product, I received a refund of $97. The florist down the street will do the same thing for that price, and the finished product is much nicer.

Yes i ordered a bouquet with candy,vase ,teddybear, and it was to be $19.99 i opted just for regular delivery on feb. 14 valentine day and it was to be $25 off at the end of information they over charged me .$61.85 i called to immediatly cancel at first lady said .you cant cancel they have delivery already ,I stated i just place order please cancel and give me confirmation # i never got it called 3× to talk to people i couldnt understand there broken english who said 5-7days to get back money still no email or confirmation ,never ever again this sorry company.

Placed a simple order for 25.99 flowers, free vase, by the time I got checked out it was 45.00, I then realized my wife's business was closed on Valentines day so after calling back there was another charge to move it back a day, move it off the busiest flower delivery day in the United States to, not happy. Told them to charge me the extra 5.00 and was done, never to use this company again. Looked at my checking account the next day and now they have hit me for 95.00 total, called back again to another person I cannot understand, cannot speak the English langauage. Find out they are not even in the United States, cannot understand them, no resolution. Worst company ever, I only do business with USA companies, now they tell me I am a liar and that this is not true, I will be monitoring my accounts, got this info from WOAI Radio, never again.

ProFlowers - WORST FLOWERS EVER

I carefully selected what I thought was to be a beautiful gift. They were delivered today to someone who is mourning the one-year death of someone that they love dearly. IN NO WAY DOES THIS LOOK remotely like what I ordered, at all. I feel mislead and cheated. Half the blooms are half dead, the box was dented, and to add insult to injury, the price that I was quoted was jacked up by over $20 once I authorized my card. I don't have a lot of money. But I wanted to do something special for someone that I love who is really struggling. Instead of this being a beautiful arrangement, I'm a victim I believe, a false advertising and a bait-and-switch technique. Hidden fees are garbage and dishonest. I will never recommend this service to anyone. I also feel as though as I am entitled to a full refund. I can't even begin to tell you how heartbroken this company has made me. I hope you don't do this to other people.

ProFlowers - HORRIBLE!!! Deceptive advertising!

Ordered a Sympathy Plant arrangement with an angel and plants in a lovely white wooden box painted saying Faith, Hope and Love with a dove. Instead, my friend received 4 individual plants in green plastic containers, like the kind they sell at H.D. for $2.99 with an angel on a stick stuck in one pot. Is she supposed to make her own arrangement while she is mourning the loss of her mother? I will see how they respond. Also, I was told this would be same day delivery - it took 2 days. I wrote them that I want a full refund. If I do not receive it, I will contest payment through PayPal. $80 for this! This Company is a scam and should be shut down! Most unhappy!
