Ordered a funeral arrangement on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday and received a call at 9pm......that's right...9pm the night before delivery. Unbelieveable!!!!!!!

Can't say much more than that...first time user and will never use them again and suggest everyone does the same....

Agreed ....their flowers suck....your better off picking up flowers at Wal Mart or just calling a local florist at random out of yellow pages.
