I was extremely disappointed with the Mother's Day flowers I received from ProFlowers. They were a gift from my 14-year old son who saw the ad in clipper magazine and was excited that he purchased them on his own. He was hoping to "Wow" me like the ad claimed but...

I am so embarassed. I ordered the 2 dozen long stem roses for my mother for Mothers Day. Thank God I was there when they showed up VIA Fedex. 1. they were in a box, 2 the roses were wrapped in hard plastic, the way you buy them on the side of the road for 5.00, 3. the...

Proflowers sent a different bouquet than the one I ordered!!!

I ordered my mother a beautiful bouquet of light and dark pink roses, green fuji mums, and two other types of flowers. The photo was beautiful. My mother called and said what lovely roses I sent. I asked how cool the fuji mums looked and she said there were none. I had her send a photo of her bouquet and it was a skimpy assortment of roses in this weak looking vase! I was furious. I called Proflowers to discuss what happened and the representative argued with me rather than resolve my issue. She explained that because the florist who arranged my bouquet didn't have the items I ordered on hand, she gave me a totally different bouquet, which wasn't even close to the price range that I had paid and without consulting me I might add! She said this is standard procedure. I told her this was unacceptable and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She pretended to transfer me and actually hung up on me instead. I called back and got a more receptive person afterwards who refunded my money but I will never order flowers from this second-rate, fly-by-night company ever again.

ProFlowers - Flower bouquet advertiesed $29.99. but total delivery nearly $50.00. Feel scammed.

We attempted to send our daughter an Easter bouquet last night. Your ad of April 21 on our computer said the bouquet was $29.99. We called and said, okay. But total cost including delivery today was nearly $50.00. You should be up front with all costs and save a lot of frustration. As a consumer,we are more and more scammed by such actions. We have ordered flowers from Pro-Flowers in the past and generally were satisfied. Last night was a big exception because we really wanted to send flowers. However, the final cost almost doubled from the advertised price which left us feeling violated. alreneeheier@verizon.net

I ordered what showed in the photo as a bouquet for 2 different purposes. One received a dozen tulips and the other over 60 sweetheart roses. Now I am seeing the free vase was not free and other charges have shown up. I called and was told the growers choice is "what...

Reading is Fundamental!

I\'ve ordered the growers choice on several occasions in the past. The picture does show a mixed bouquet. But right under the picture, in not so small letters, is a disclaimer...

Proflowers doesn't live up to it's claims

My husband heard about Proflowers on the radio. He ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day. The flowers that arrived were brown and wilted and looked like they could've come from someones yard. When I removed the roses from the delivery box, several petals fell off. The vase that was sent was too large for the bouquet and there was no additional baby's breath or greenery to complete the bouquet. To top it off, the card that my husband had included wasn't transcribed correctly! My husband called Proflowers to complain about our experience, and eventually they agreed to a full refund. I wouldn't recommend Proflowers to anyone.

ProFlowers - Pro Flowers - for wilted flowers

I ordered flowers for Valentines day. I heard about them on the radio. There was an offer for about $30 for a bouquet. Then the extra charges: They charge 9.99 delivery PLUS 7.99 for Valentines Day delivery PLUS 2.99 HANDLING FEE! I would be cool with that if they were delivered by a flower shop. They got there - in a Fed Ex box, wilted. My wife pulled the dead flowers out and salvaged the rest. Over $50 for a dead bouquet and a free vase. What a rip off. Pro Flowers sucks - I will never use them again. EVER -Derek

Avoid ProFlowers at any cost!

There are times in your life when you throughly regret making some decisions. Choosing ProFlowers to send my bouquet was one of them. I never write customer service reviews, but I thought of doing this to save you from the trauma I went through the last week. ProFlowers cheats you right from the word go. They advertise a beautiful bouquet on their website which "qualifies for a shipping rebate". What they don't tell you is to claim your shipping rebate, you must go to their (equally ***) shipping partner: freeshipping.com and fill out everything again including your credit card info. The shipping partner then asks you to fill in your ProFlowers order # to get a Shipping rebate Claim #. Then you mail all these documents in hard copy to their Connecticut head quarters and then you wait for 3 to 6 weeks to get your rebate. Meanwhile, you'll be charged $13 / month on your credit card (remember you filled the # yourself) as premium member fees for freeshipping.com. One free advice: Forget your shipping rebate. I endured this hoping that the flowers would reach on time. Alas, the bouquet reached the destination 36 Hours after the day it was supposed to reach. Yeah, that's "ProFlowers" for you! I cant and nobody can make up the damage caused by delay…even if I send a bouquet for next 364 days to my kin. Alright, they cheated on pricing and timing, but the experience was just reaching its climax! My sister (recipient of the bouquet) gives me a call (36 Hours after her birthday) and says that white flowers seem a bit weird choice for a birthday…WHITE!!! I could not believe her. So she sent me a photograph of the bouquet and sure enough 98% of the flowers were white (the rest 2% were purple). Poles apart from what they advertised. Also, the bouquet which they sent had leaves to flowers ratio of 4:1. Perhaps, ProFlowers should be read as ProLeaves. I plan to fly 3000 miles and cross the country in an attempt to make up for the damages made by ProFlowers. If you want to keep your relations intact avoid ProFlowers at any cost!

ProFlowers Customer Service?

ProFlowers Customer Service?
I've tried to contact ProFlowers by email several times (I work nights and haven't been able to call yet). The flowers I ordered for my wife arrived in poor condition and missing the card! ProFlowers ships directly from the grower and through UPS or FedEx. The flowers I ordered arrived missing several bulbs, broken stems, and after placing in the window took 3 days for the attached bulbs to bloom. I expected a $50 flower order to arrive and put a smile on the wife's face. What I got was a *** poor attempt at a product which looked nothing like the picture on their website. Lost a customer!
