I didn't have a problem ordering I didn't have a problem w/ pricing (a tad high, but hey, they delivered and on time on a Sunday!) What I did have a problem, was for the price I paid...the lush and stunning photo online must have been a Photoshop Pro's dream to create,...

My husband spent $80 on what he thought would be this beautiful bouquet for me for Mother's Day that was pictured on their site after they sent him an email. What came today was a joke. A cheap vase with some flower stems that weren't in bloom and some even looked...

First of all these flowers were sent in a box to pre assemble. The bouquet was very tiny, nothing like the picture! I went over to my mothers house and found them in a box. My mother is ninety years old so I assembled them for her. What ever happened to a delivery man...

It arrives UPS or Fedex, how do you think they will come? You can't ship water. If you wanted a local florist you should have called one.

ProFlowers - Fluctuating price and excessive costs

I purchased a Living Social deal which was supposed to give me $30 to spend at ProFlowers. I know that all online florists have changing prices depending upon how you sign in but this was particularly bad. There were coupons all over the internet for free vase or discounts and the costs to order fluctuated on the same site. Then, when using the "deal" I had purchased, I had to pay the highest price, noticeably more than the average consumer. Then, figuring I could do without the free vase, I tried to check out only to be shocked that my $39 bouquet in a plain glass vase was going to cost over $70. Given the credit for the $30, I would have to charge $40 in addition to the $15 I already paid for the deal for a net total to me of $55. I requested a refund of my deal, looked up a florist in the town where I was sending the gift, and ordered a lovely bouquet by phone that would be hand-delivered for a total of $40.

I ordered a funeral arrangement from this sleazy outfit. $275 and they sent what should have been a cross but was missing a limb. The flowers were wilted and almost dead. I was embarrassed and shocked by the condition. Someone actually had the nerve to let it out the...

ProFlowers - Dead on delivery

I received a gift bouquet on a warm Nevada afternoon. Clearly, the flowers had been sitting in a hot car because they were cooked out of the box. I followed the instructions for reviving the flowers and they did not resurrect. I wrote an email to Proflowers telling them of the delivery and never got the courtesy of a response. I have bought from them in the past and never will again. When you send a gift, you never know how it will be when received. Proflowers gets by with this because the recipients don't want to make the sender feel bad about sending dead flowers even though it was not their intent. Buyer beware - Proflowers is NOT a good company. I can understand a bad delivery happens. Ignoring the complaint sends the message that they don't care.

ProFlowers - Didnt recieve what i ordered

I ordered from proflowers for a delievery due on the same day to my mother. I ordered 100 poms with a vase that cost me 6.99 and the bouquet was 29.99. When my mother received the order I found out she received no vase they look nothing like what I ordered and there isn't even close to 100 flowers in there. The company also charged me a standard delivery fee of 12.99 and and extra 9.99 for the rush delivery. Don't see why I can't just pay the rush delivery. I don't complain often but when I have received items from them before they have either been poorly packaged and near death everytime I've gotten them. I'm done with this company they're a extreme rip off.

ProFlowers - Extremely high hidden costs

I ordered a bouquet which was on sale and also had a "free" vase at what I thought was a great deal. By the time I checked out they had added so many extra handling costs that it was twice as expensive as the original bouquet's cost. I am sending an email to everyone in my address book and on Facebook warning them away from this company. I think they are running a bait and switch and frankly they are outright lying on their webpage. I sincerely hope they go out of business. I am also going to post negative reviews in as many places as possible.

ProFlowers had two chances to get it right. FAIL!!!
My daughter sent me flowers I had picked out for Mother's Day. I was so excited for them, as they were beautiful in the photo on their website. They arrived. They looked like ***. They did refund her money, and offered to resend them to me. They could not...
