Try to explain to your two children that the chocolate cake you ordered from ProFlowers did not arrive on Valentines Day and ProFlowers can't explain what happened. When you call at 10:00p.m.

and the customer service person says, "I have good news for you, I can offer you a full refund" of $71.00 for the chocolate cake". Wow, how exciting is that? There was no explanation as to what happened. Escalated to a supervisor and still nothing other than a robotic response.

Terrible customer service and a total "we don't give a ***" attitude. This will be the last time this company gets my business.
