I ordered my mother-in-law a Mother's Day arrangement of flowers on May 7th to be delivered on May 10th. There is supposed to be a guaranteed delivery for that date, which is why I paid more, but according to ups the address is wrong, when it's the correct address where I have sent her everything for the past years!
I contacted them because I need the arrangement delivered at the latest on Sunday the 13th for Mother's Day here, but I haven't had anybody get back to me!
I will NEVER place an order from them ever again! This has turned a wonderful experience for her into a terrible Mother's Day!
