Well, what happened is Pro Flowers.com ruined my girlfriends valentines day. Orders a nice boquet, but thats not what showed up.

In fact it looked nothing like what was pictured on their web site. What showed up was a box full of semi-wilted stems that had yet to bloom and a vase that she had to unpackage, and then put the onsomble together herself. I am extremely disappointed with the company, and what they market is not what they deliver.

As someone who is in the advertising industry, I think they will have a class action law suit coming their way very soon if this is their standard operating procedure. What a rip off, I filed a complaint with the company well see how good their customer service department is.
