I ordered same day service from Proflowers.com and was charged on the bill for that service. Next day I called because the flowers had not been delivered- I was told I was not charged," What I was seeing was a handling fee not a same day service fee" Bait and switch?
you be the judge! Don't use them. I will report if the flowers ever got delivered. I talked to 2 customer service clerks and a supervisor they refused to acknowledge that the "fee" was for same day service.
The thing of it is , if I had known they were not delivering same day I would have gone with a local company.
Maybe that is why they don't tell you "the handling fee". Bad company.
