We ordered flowers from ProFlowers, and within an hour two other flower orders were charged to our credit card. This morning another order was charged to our card.

When contacted, the company told us to contact our credit card company and dispute the charges. When I told them it was their screwup and their obligation to fix it, they said there was nothing they could do, but they would initiate an internal investigation.

We cancelled our order, because we do not want to do business with a company like this. But someone at ProFlowers has our credit card information and is using it, and the company won't do anything about it.

Fraudulent amounts were: $39.61, $42.97, and $54.07

For two of the orders, we received confirmation e-mails which showed the name, address, and phone number of the recipient. We contacted them and informed them that someone was sending them flowers, but that we had instructed our bank to disallow the charges. Neither party knew who might be sending them flowers.
