ProFlowers - Cancelled order - without my knowledge

My mothers birthday flowers were cancelled due to a "credit card" issue. I make MANY charges to this card - with very minimal issue. If something seems fradulent I receive a call - i was NEVER contacted by the credit card regarding a very small proflower charge. Then, despite my phone being updated on the order (as you must give a number), I was told they couldnt get in touch with me because of a closed account phone number from over 5 years ago. YET, I was contacted by email, AN EMAIL, to offer an apology. When I spoke to an operator the second time, the phone number still had not been updated after the initial complaint. This was so upsetting - my mom is all alone and it appeared as we skipped her birthday completely, minus an early phone call before we all wenbt to work and school. If you can get in touch with me to offer a "statement" sorry - why not contact the customer before cancelling an order. I should add that my order was part of a coupon and was a very good price - maybe they sold this order for a higher price.

ProFlowers - Addendum to initial review

Details
I was furious while writing my initial review but my point with my complaint is that I was on the phone for an hour with some foreigner who could not understand me and who I could not understand. The company reduced the initial shipping charge after I continually questioned the many added on charges. They tried to nickel and dime me where the amount they wanted to charge my card was equal to the coupon I purchased in the beginning. After I received the confirmation email, I noticed the addressee (who's name I spelled out to the company rep) was misspelled. So I had to call again to correct it. The rep with whom I spoke was short and rude. I will NEVER EVER do business with ProFlowers again!!

ProFlowers - Dont waste your time to be disappointed

The bill total provided by the representative provided was different than what appears on my credit card statement. When I asked to cancel she promised a 15% discount with free shipping which was not on the order confirmation sent in the email after the call. I called back to cancel and they told me there was nothing they could do, even though I had just placed my order. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they weren't available. Very bad business, i will NEVER order from them again. This charge will definitely be disputed with my bank. The customer service has been by far the worst Ive ever experienced.
