I ordered flowers for Valentines Day and literally 20 minutes later I needed to make a change to the delivery address. This was the biggest issue ever since the customer service person couldnt begin to assist me at all. I went through the other options and ended up receiving emails that said well unfortunately theres nothing we can do. Honestly this is the worst experience Ive ever had and with all the other options to order flowers from online please chose any other option. This company is by far the worst to chose from, they have no customer service it is beyond awful!

Unfortunately ProFlowers has moved their customer relations service to an Asian country where the employers do not speak english, So good luck with your service unless you speak Mandarin !

Details
Received a package with no card as to who the tree was from, called customer service and spoke with someone who not only couldn't tell me who it was from, but said they couldn't tell me anyway. They checked with the customer who wouldn't give me a phone number. Sounded as if the service was in a foreign country, probably the Phillipines. Terrible service. Do not use!! Address on the label was non-existant.

I called because I did not give the billing address. What a waste of time. I had trouble hearing the person on the phone plus I couldnt understand her. I asked several times to speak with someone else - no result. Dont think that I will do business with them again!

they have cancle my order on valentine's day since they were busy without noticing me. I had to cal them several times and the only thing they said was sorry. Dont buy any groupon coupon for proflower because you will loose it.
