ProFlowers in Escondido, California - Pro Flowers

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day, she is away at college and feeling sad. Pro Flowers had a special bouquet for 24.99 with 4.99 shipping. Upon entering my credit card, I was charged $52.76 for this order!! They tacked on an extra 9.98 shipping, charged 6.99 for a "free" vase, 2.99 handling and tax. I was told there was no way to cancel this order. Do Not use this service! It cost me twice the amount of the flowers for this delivery!!! The refund policy is ridiculous, they did agree to refund 4.99 of the shipping (keeping it still at twice the advertised price) and 6.99 for the vase, I have to wait 5-10 business days for the $12 refund to my card, even though they haven't even processed the order!

Proflowers a big SCAM!!!

i put in an order online and come to find out after check out that i was being charged twice for delivery. mind you that they didnt show the total amount including shipping after i paid for it with my credit card. THey will mislead you that you are only spending 30 bucks for a set of flowers and will not inform you that they will charge you twice for delivery and all of their hidden charges after you pay for it. i called the customer service and they said that they cant help me nor im not allowed to cancel my order. I suggest everyone to stay away from them!

I never ordered because they were going to charge me $40 in shipping/delivery charges, what a joke!! The arrangement I was going to buy was only $39.

We apologize if you've had difficulty with our online ordering process. We aim to keep the charges as transparent as possible.

All charges will be itemized and displayed prior to any order being confirmed. And you will never be charged more than once for shipping on a single item; we simply break the shipping charges down if there are any surcharges over the standard rates for things such as early morning, weekend, or guaranteed holiday deliveries, for example. The itemized breakdown's placement on the form after the credit card information is simply a function of how the order process works. But no authorization or other communication of sale is placed on your card until the order is confirmed on the following page.

Like others have said - very sneaky. They advertise $19.99, then add a $10 for delivery, and $5 for guaranteed on date delivery, and then a $3 "care and handling" fee.

You won't see this until you are about to pay - after you put in your CC#.

I am 83 years old. I looked at the growers choice picture ordered the flower on February 8 in order to be good and make sure I received them by valentines day arrived on Saturday 20 delivery fee and rose in terrible shape and nothing like the picture advertisement...

ProFlowers in Chandler, Arizona - DO NOT USE

. I ordered the "candy basket" and was given cheap crackers and a nutrigrain bars. It was awful. Looked like everyone took something out of their lunch and contributed to this embarrassing monstrosity. I know I sound horribly rude…but this was my experience: *Ordered basket @ 8am, pay for delivery by noon. *Noon: nothing here, get an email saying it will be here @ 1pm. *1pm: nothing. Get another email saying "2pm" *230pm: call customer service line just to find out the order was "rejected" by the flourist and nothing was being sent!!!! Spent 30 min on the phone with Sam, who refused to transfer me to a manager. *430pm: Driver drops off the lamest basket of healthy snacks to my 11 year old daughter and quickly drives away. If I had been there I would have refused it.

ProFlowers in Indianapolis, Indiana - Nothing. I didn't go for it. The deal gets worse on the last page....ha ha

Wanted to take advantage of their Valentines day flower offer as heard on the radio. Why does 19.99 turn into $35? 19.99 + free vase + std delivery (4.99) the day b4 Valentine's day or Valentines day $34? Shipping was 9.99 not 4.99? I tried to get the std shipping (4.99) by choosing Mon delivery ($4.99). They added that to the bill and it came out $42. Hilarious. Free shipping with no obligation means giving them your CC# and being obligated (to remember to cancel). No thanks. Whatascam.........Everytime you try to get a deal another spurious /random charge appears. zero sum game save here pay there.....

Ugh I did the same thing. they charge you the standard delivery fee of 9.99 the vday fee of 4.99 and a handle and care fee of 2.99.

They aren't clear on how the prices work.

Then if ur not careful on the review your order page you might miss the balance because they put it in small font on the bottom side of the page. :(

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS

Unfortunately if you are like me, you are reading this because you were taken by ProFlowers and are looking to see how many complaints they have and am I the only person this happened to. If you ask me, they need to be taken off the internet! I ordered flowers for my mother in law's 70th birthday. They NEVER delivered the flowers. They said could not get anyone to take the order, but that they could not refund me the delivery fee or taxes...THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM!!!! I filed a complaint with my credit card company and told them to ABSOLUTELY NOT PAY THEM. This is obviously a scam where no product is delivered, they get your card number, and then they charge you fees and continue to charge you bogus fees for months afterward.

ProFlowers in New York, New York - Poor customer service

I called proflowers because I was ordering an item that was 24.99 plus there were several containers it could come in, each being listed as 6.99. When I added on of the 6.99 items to my order, the subtotal was 41.97, 34.99 + 16.98, then I tried another one, it subtotaled $31 and change, so I it was not clear why one was $10 more, when they going by their site, both cups were 6.99 and should have been the same price subtotaled. There was also a clause stating that shipping and handling and tax were not included in this subtotal, in fact you don't find out how much the total will be until the very end, after you have gone through the trouble of filling everything out. I called to find out the difference in subtotals when they were supposed to be the same price, I wanted that 16.98 itemized, she said something about a delivery fee, and I asked why is it on one cup and not the other. She works there and didn't even know this product, and it had " as seen in People Magazine" stamped all over it. She never clearly answered the question, nor did she try to find out why there was a difference in pricing of items there were supposedly the same price. And I mentioned that the site said shipping and handling is not included in the subtotal, no response. I thanked her for her time and said she didn't answer my quesiton, she said she answered and told me to have a good day. Proflowers, get some people who know the products you sell, and itemize all of your charges so its clear to the customer exactly what they are paying for. NO games or tricks or cons please.

ProFlowers in Atlanta, Georgia - Pro Flowers-DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Pro Flowers is HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! First of all, they employ false advertising. When they do the add-ons at the end of the order, it ends up to be MUCH more than the order amount. AND, I spent an enormous amount of time attempting to correct the street number, when finally they said it was then a new order and could not be delivered until the next day...I couldn't CANCEL either. I ordered them on Friday, Monday was her birthday and she won't get them until Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and CALL a florist near your delivery location.

Friday Sept. 30th was my wedding anniversary. When I discovered I had to work late I decided to buy flowers and have them delivered to my wife. I remember the site name Proflowers.com. I went on the internet and found them and chose to send flowers through them. I found the icon for same day service and picked out some roses. It said there was an additional charge for sameday and I accepted. I gave them my CC information and went back to work. This all took place around 2:00pm mtn time. I arrived home about 7:30 pm and discovered no flowers had been delivered. Ichecked my e-mail box and found they sent an e-mail stating they had delivered them. My wife had been home since 12:00 noon and no one came to the door. I called pro flowers andasked them what happend, they said they had to wait till the following day to talk to the florist, which told them they made the delivery. The flowers were delivered sometime on saturday, as we did not get home till sunday they sat on our front porch. Now I paid extra for same day and they came pretty much 24 hrs later. When I asked for a refund they told me they would give me a coupon for my next purchase.

Never Again!!!Proflowers never deliver flowers to my Aunt's 80th Birthday Party and never called me. I called Proflowers after not seeing the flowers at the party and they never called me back.

I called many times and they just said they would look into it. I spent $200.00 on flower order.I was so embrassed I was at the party with no gift and no card. I had to leave the party and out and to get some prearranged flowers that looked like and after thought.Foe a women that had done so much for me this year.

Never again! No proflowers for me.
