Today is Valentines Day, I ordered flowers for my wife 2 weeks ago with a guaranteed deliver date of 02/14/19 (today). All was good this morning, on track to deliver, then at 9:30, the tracking number shows the flowers just departed from Illinois (I am in Minneapolis).

ProFlowers - Couldn’t deliver for Grandma’s Christmas!

I placed an online order for ProFlowers to deliver to my Grandma. I selected the date of Sunday, December 23, so she could get them after church. Everything was fine, they charged my credit card and sent an order confirmation. I answer the phone 10am Local time there, and they say sorry, unfortunately none of our Florist are able to make that delivery today. I’m sorry. He wasn’t even going to offer a refund, I asked for it and luckily found a company local who wouldn’t let my Grandma down. I told the new florist what happened, and he knew it was ProFlowers.com. Don’t use ProFlowers.com for anything. I’ve since read the reviews, terrible.

Sums up my own experience almost exactly. A bouquet for our 30th wedding anniversary was delivered two days late at my wife's office with no notification despite Proflowers having both my as well as my wife's telephone numbers. As far as I'm concerned they can take their 20 dollar coupon and shove it because I will NEVER use their services again.
