ProFlowers - Pro flowers Buyers BEWARE

Used proflowers for years. Got a coupon offer for fifteen dollars which I used.....1st mistake. By doing so you are enrolling in a program called Easy Saver. They will bill your credit card $14.95 every month. I couldnt figure out who was billing till I did some research. Im calling up to cancel tommorrow..according to Easy Saver website you have to call 1-800-355-1837 to cancel. I am also NEVER ordering from Pro flowers again..Pro flowers will also recieve a nice little message from me.Buyers please beware of this SCAM.Check other gripes about same problem.

ProFlowers - Ditto I know I did not sign up for this program

While proflowers is a good company, the easy saver side kick is bad news. I know I did not sign up for this. I even called to complain about the continuous attempts to sign me up. I get bugged via email even. It is very annoying, very. I think they have a bug in the software so when you buy flowers the email must get passed to easy saver whether you want it or not. I called and complained and they claim I will be refunded for all seven times they have hit my account. We'll see. I suggested they get rid of easy saver as this is going to taint Proflowers' reputation. Why would a good company get themselves tied up with such a shady sidekick, I can't imagine.

PROFLOWERS AND EASY SAVER

I purchased two flowers arrangements in May/2008 from ProFlowers for mother's day a had a charge for $1.95 from Easy Saver for using the company. That is fine no problem however I am now being fraudelently charged $14.95 a month for an apparent membership to EasySaver and ProFlowers. Becareful do not purchase from them they are theives I have had to place a dispute with my CC company and all. What a hassel if I would have known I would have never purchased from ProFlowers. I also read other negative reviews on other sites about them.

ProFlowers - They take money but send no flowers

I placed an order online on Proflowers for mother's day on May 1. Well yesterday the flowers didn't come. They say that their was a "problem" with my credit card. Well the money was charged and is taken out of my bank account, I even showed them a copy of the transaction line on my account. They are telling me that they never charge unless they ship them. Now I am out the $50 and have no flowers to show for it. They say they have no record of ever charging my account. What a crock. What else can I do to get my money back?

Ripped Off by Easy Saver/ Proflowers

After ordering Mother's Day flowers for my wife w/ Proflowers I was charged $1.95 by Easy Savers, After checking I discovered that this company has a link w/ proflowers offering "Free Shipping". I only clicked on the link to see what it was about. THATS ALL! I never filled anything out or clicked any button to "Agree" to any terms. This is Fraud by any account and charges need to be filed or Proflowers may find a class action law suit filed against them and Easy Saver. Providing my charge infornation makes them Quilty. STOP THE FRAUD PROFLOWERS

ProFlowers - Rip Off City

I purchased flowers in February from Pro-Flowers.com and now I find not one but two charges on my credit card, which was used to purchase the flowers. The first charge is for a mere $1.95 and the second $14.95. Only used Pro-Flowers because the radio station I listen to in the AM said it was a good deal...Guess what? It's a rip off! Don't remember signing up for anything, don't know what they offer nor do I want to! Don't use Pro-Flowers.com or you maybe sucked in too! JM

I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day. The flowers were suppossed to be there by Friday at the latest but never showed up.

When I tracked the order on ups they said that they had only received the billing info but not the order. I called proflowers and they said they made a mistake and would ship the flowers on monday (the day AFTER mother's day).

I tolde them nevermind and that I wanted to cancel my order but then they said there is no way they could cancel since it was after May 1st. I was so upset and to add insult to injury they charged my debit card twice.

Pro Flowers should change their name. There is nothing Pro about them.

They are working with Encore Marketing, Inc.

Program called Easy Saver Rewards ... I am working on my letter to go to our Attorney General for WA :(
