Worst company to deal with.My husband sent flowers to me at work for Valentine's day, they showed up and I was happy however when I got home with flowers my husband said that is not what i ordered.

He called Pro flowers to let them know the flowers were wrong. The company told him that it was what he ordered is what i received and basically called him dishonest in so many words. He asked to speak to a supervisor, they put him on hold for a while then came back on line just to tell him the flowers were correct. Again my husband told the supervisor the flowers were wrong, they continued to argue with him.

What a worthless customer service company.We will never use the company again.
