Ordered Mother's Day flowers from Proflowers, and I chose the option to receive delivery 'On or before Mother's Day'. No flowers arrived by Mother's Day but I got an email from them apologizing for non-delivery.
They went on to say that, with my permission, they could deliver the flowers on the following Tuesday, two days AFTER Mother's Day. I told them by email and phone to send my $90 back. I found out later that they flowers they sell arrive in a box, delivered by UPS, and the vase comes in a second box. Can you imagine sending flowers to your mother/wife/girlfriend and she has to assemble everything from the shipping cartons?
Totally un-freaking-acceptable. Never again.......
