ProFlowers in Brunswick, Georgia - Wish I had looked here BEFORE ordering
In a word...HORRIBLE. I ordered a plant to be delivered on 11-11-2015. I placed the order late in the day on 11-10-2015 and it was for a funeral the next day. Well I received a call late the next day saying they couldn't deliver to the funeral and could they deliver to the home instead. I said that was fine but I would need to call back and give them the address. I called at least 4 times and was shuffled around from one dept to another. Finally we got that resolved and I assumed the plant would be delivered within the next day or two. Well I find out today 11-16-2015 that the plant was never delivered and it was my family member that informed me. No call from Proflowers, no email, nothing. So I attempt to call them to find out what was happening...first call went through and then it was a blank line, second call same thing, third call someone picks up and I can hear people in the background but no one ever picks up the phone to talk to me, finally I get through and they said that the first shop didn't deliver to the address and the second didn't have it in stock. All of this is forgivable if they would just have informed me. They did give me a 25 percent discount and then refunded my money but I still have no plant delivered for the funeral.

ProFlowers - Beware Pro Flowers ~Poor Quality of Product and Service
I ordered a very expensive orchid plant from Pro Flowers as a thank you gift for a high end client that has given me hundreds of dollars of business. At the time of the call I was assured the plant would have a good ratio of buds and blooms. (Once bloomed the plant will not produce more buds until a new stem grows the following growth season.) It arrived, had only 4-5 buds left on on the entire plant, it has usually over 30-30 blooms. Called to reorder per their 100% satisfaction guarantee, once again reassured the plant would arrive with a better ratio, this time the plant had absolutely NO BUDS whatsoever! On top of that one of the stems of the plant was broke, due to poor packaging and no Up arrows for UPS to know how to position the box~ I was told by the 1st call center supervisor I would receive a call within 24 hours, I also told the supervisor that I wanted a call placed to the warehouse manager to ask that they take a photo of the next plant to be delivered so I would be assured of the quality, and was told they did not know who the warehouse mgr was and that they could not possibly fulfill my request. i EXPLAINED i WAS RUNNING OUT OF TIME and needed help asap and wanted this next plant to be the quality I was paying for.He became very curt and he put me back through to the original call center order taker, and I was told the plant was to be reordered.I got a text as she was finishing her verbiage, got distracted and didn't get a new order number, as she did not offer to give me one. So called back, got another call center, was told they did not see any reorder info, spoke with that call center's supv and was told I would receive a call between 24-48 hours, STILL have not heard back. As I explained to supv #2, the 1st supv LIED to me to get off the phone quickly, I'm sure, but should have told me the truth that it would be 24-48 hrs. Throughout both calls I was even voiced, pleasant and never rude. I decided to go online to get the corporate headquarter's phone number and lo and behold found their website with an enormous number of negative feed back regarding Pro Flower's quality and lack of customer service! Then went back to my google search and found this website, so glad I did! I'm sick to my stomach that I have wasted literally over two weeks of waiting for the quality I paid for and in the meantime have not thanked my generous client in a timely manner, making me look rude! I better hear from someone from corporate 1st thing in the am as it will be a Monday, if not I will be working my way up the corporate chain to the person that heads the company and will assure them that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and everyone within my social media circles, several networking groups I belong to and complaint websites and will get the entire full blown story out so others can avoid the wasted time, bad experiences and lies. It's a shame, wish I knew another company that is not FDS oriented to order from, But I can assure you I will be investigating and asking for referrals!

ProFlowers in Cincinnati, Ohio - Tiny dead plant sent to my friend's funeral!!!
I paid $55.00 for a planter basket to be sent to the funeral home for my friend that passed away. It looked very pretty online. I saw it last night at the wake...it was very very small and the plant was dead. They didnt even put it with the other flowers and plants at the funeral home. Needless to say I was so embarrassed. It looked like a dead ***. I emailed Customer Service and guess what...no response!! Imagine that!! I will NEVER order from them again and recommend that no one else does either!!! Unless you want to send garbage weeds and be embarrassed.

I got a very prompt email from their customer service with a shipping refund for $13, but no refund for the handling fee $3. Good enough for me, but I still won't be a customer again. Use them only in a emergency and be ready to pay out the wazzoo.

ProFlowers - Dead flowers on Valentines day
Bought a dozen long stemmed red roses for my wife for Valentines day. The website claimed that they "might" make it by the 14th before 930pm, so I had it shipped on the 13th. They arrived today and I open the box and the flowers are almost dead, there isn't anywhere near enough filler plant to fill in the empty spots of the giant vase they sent, and it looks absolutely nothing like it was advertised on the website. The flowers at my local grocery store that cost $15 have always looked better than this. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS.COM AGAIN! F@*K THEM!

It should be called "No Flowers," not ProFlowers
On November 15 I ordered a potted orchid to be delivered to my mother in Scottsdale, AZ, for her birthday on November 23rd. ProFlowers guaranteed delivery for that day. The plant never arrived, and it was only after I scrutinized the tracking that I discovered they weren't going to be delivered until four days AFTER the promised delivery date. When I went online to complain, they offered to refund the "care and handling" and shipping charge. No explanation of what happened, no offer to expedite a new shipment. Ruined my gift to my mom, who is 87 this year. Never again.

PROFLOWERS.COM - I learned my lesson!!!
I ordered a miniature pink rose potted plant for my wife for Mother's Day scheduled for delivery on 11 May so I could make sure she'd be home to receive them. They were delivered very late that day and just left in a box on the front porch. When my wife opened them at approx. 7:00 p.m. that night, the blooms had not even began to open and most of the leaves were partially brown and drooping. The card was thrown loosely in the box and I had to search for it or my wife would have never seen it! Like several other reviewers, I thought I would give Proflowers.com a try due to the numerous ads seen and heard everywhere. However after this experience they need to cut back on advertising and spend more money on their products and handling procedures. I definitely LEARNED MY LESSON and will never order from them again, especially since I sent them an email complaining and they NEVER even responded!

ProFlowers Bait and Switch
I tried to order the Succulent Garden plant, but when I was ready to pay, I received: "Oops... the item you selected is temporarily unavailable. But we've got other perfect gifts that are in stock and ready to ship!" Hmmm, I decided to move the delivery date out a month and received the same Oops... I decided to order the Succuent Trio - which is three of the plants and surprise, surprise - no Oops - the Succulent Garden is in stock. I am not happy with these people and will let Mark Levin know that he is dealing with a bunch of dishonorable people. I know Mark well enough that he will not want his name associated with this company.
