ProFlowers - Flowers dead in days

I have both sent and received flowers using pro flowers several times over the years. The quality of their flowers range from ok to terrible. To their credit, I have complained when the flowers were terrible and received a credit and one time replacement flowers. But I shouldn't have to complain about the quality of their flowers. Its embarrassing to send flowers when they show up looking bad and are then dead in days. Often the sender doesn't know because the recipient doesn't want to complain. They are not the only store that does it, but its terrible how they entice yo with offers of flowers at a reasonable cost and then you find that shipping and handling are so high that you might as well buy a larger bouquet Don't waste your time, just find a local florist and use them. Or one of the major box discount stores sells great flowers if you don't mind spending a bit more to get a huge number of flowers that look better and last longer.

ProFlowers - Quality of product

Within 3 days all the roses were limp. When I open them up to put them in the vase all the greens of the flowers fell off. I contacted ProFlowers and they refunded my shipping and promised to send out another order at no charge . After one week of waiting I still have not received the new flowers . I have used them before and had the same results and promised myself never to use them again but for some reason I did and regret it . It is a shame when radio personalities recommend a company say they've used him but I cannot believe that because the quality is extremely poor .

I ordered my daughter flowers for her birthday/Valentines a couple years ago and they were not at all like the picture. They looked like they were on their last leg. They offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. Well, there was no way to use that discount by ordering online but I I thought I would give them another try. BIG mistake! Again, I ordered for my daughters birthday/Valentines. Not only was I embarrassed when she sent me the photo but so was she with her coworkers. The roses had specks on them which appeared to be a disease along with looking wilted. Never again! I called the company and could barely understand the guy and he listened to my complaint said I would have to call back they were having trouble. He gives me another # and I call and you have to leave a voice mail. They have never responded to my call or issue. I spent almost $50. for awful looking flowers. Never again!

Ordered dozen roses , bear extra dozen roses, candies and heart vase, plus morning delivery FedEx brought a box stuffed with small roses bear vase afternoon delivery, in a box? Really not put together? $102 with everything you need to ensure delivery. Not impressed the gas station at the corner has nicer flowers. The "diy box" was especially horiffiying to watch arrive. Never again real florist next time FOR SURE Received 14.99 off for late delivery

ProFlowers - Don't order

I was working out of town and could not be with my wife for Valentines day. I ordered Roses from ProFlowers. My wife received the flowers. When we spoke she acknowledged receiving them. Even though she was gracious, I could tell she was not that excited. After some coaxing, she text me a photo. I was never so embarrassed. Added to the fact that I was out of town, these people delivered a bunch of flowers that looked like they came out of a trash can after being removed from the road. Take my advise. Pay the difference and order from a local florist and have them delivered. This company should be out of business for the *** they sell.

I got flowers for Mother's Day from my son. Roses arrived. I was excited to see all the colors, 2 dozen long stem pink,red, white and yellow. 2 days later they started drying up! I followed directions. I'm not ***! They were nice and sent more roses. Same thing...3 days later, heads just dropped, started drying up. Called them back. The said they would replace with something besides the "dumpster" roses I have been sent TWICE! Ok I said. I got an email picture was of Lilies..pretty but I have cats and Lillies are very deadly to cats. Got in touch with them and told them Please don't send Lillies and the reason for my concern. They said ok. They ended sending the $4.99 bunch of flowers that you can buy at every grocery store in the world AND the Lillies! ( Which I had to give away) I guess they sent them to shut me up. I was waiting for them to send Poison Ivy! Horrible Company. I resorted to emailing because I couldn't understand people from whatever country they send you to! The roses were dying when they got here(twice) the Lilies were dangerous and could have harmed my pets and the grocery store flowers were laughable! Shame on ALL of them!! How are they still in business?? I should sue them for the Lilies! Don't threaten my pets. I have emails to prove all the correspondence with them. Ridiculous!
