Received a dozen red roses at work on Friday Feb 12th.Expecting to open the box and see large red roses, I find rose buds instead.

I figure the next day, after following the care instructions, that they would be large and blooming.Instead, they were all wilted.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Proflowers and uploaded a picture. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
