Scheduled a delivery on Friday, September 7th for Sunday, September 9th - son getting married and wanted to send he and fiance a surprise before the wedding!!
ProFlowers called 3PM Sunday to tell me that they could not find 2 of the flowers shown for the bouquet I chose, but they could substitute others, and the delivery would be Monday, after I had paid a weekend fee for delivery - I cancelled, money to be refunded.
I talked to supervisor.
They offered me 30% discount for flower delivery - I told them they were not getting one dime from me!!
This company is obviously going down the tubes - as it should!!!!!!!!!!
