ProFlowers in La Jolla, California - Funeral Flowers NEVER made it!

Ordered flowers for funeral on Thursday May 5th, was given and paid for a Friday May 6th delivery date. The driver called and said we didn't include an address, THEY CALLED US WHILE STANDING IN FRONT OF THE ADDRESS!!! Not sure how you could show up to the delivery address and then say we didn't include one. When we called them back they were all excuses, said it was because they were busy with Mothers Day (2 full days away!), but all of a sudden they found the address? WTF?! She asked if I wanted a refund, actually what I wanted was flowers for a funeral but since they failed at their job then of course we will take the monies owed us for flowers never received. What a joke! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. UNDEPENDABLE. USELESS. LIARS. UNRELIABLE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sick, 85 year old mother for mothers day. I placed the order with proflowers.com They are anything but Pros.. Their website was deceiving about shipping charges... When I tried to print out the receipt the page disappeared from my screen and then when I contacted them about it all they denied there was an order at all..Yet, my credit card was charged.. In hindsight I ordered off their site over Christmas and really have no idea if the gifts were receive at all.. Then when I contacted them about mothers day..I received one excuse after another that ultimately told me I didn't understand their shipping cost policy.. Even though I checked the exact box on their website.. Stay away from them or you will be sorry.. My total order came to $24.95 including shipping.. They charged my credit card $47.01 almost doubling the cost.. Then when I called them on it the BS began. I personally find their actions criminal and have reported them to th Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and several television stations.. and I urge other to do likewise if they have received the same level of non service as I have.. Corporations like this need to be held accountable for such deceptive , fraudulent and nasty habits that have become so commonplace with corporate America.. and just try to get past the people that screen complaints.. forget it... This company is a deceitful rotten company.. Go somewhere else..

I wanted to order flowers for my mom for Valentine's Day. My subtotal came to $29.99. I clicked through all of the pages but could not find an order review or shipping costs page before confirmation. My receipt came through email, and my final total was $60! They charged me $12.99 for shipping& handling, $9.99 for Saturday shipping, and $4.00 for some kind of extra handling charge. I contacted customer service to explain my problem and attempt to get the delivery date changed to a Friday and at least get $10.00 back. I explained that I never was shown shipping prices or an order review. All they sent back was an explanation behind each charge. Hidden fees and over priced shipping for a company that claims to be super affordable! I am extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service. Not even an apology!

Ordered flowers, saw a bunch of extra charges (s&h, standard shipping), decided to upgrade my purchase to next day delivery. Found out that instead of delivered, my flowers were sitting in a shipping warehouse in the middle of the country. After calling up customer service, they offered to refund shipping fees, and said there was an option to receive it early the next morning, but I would be charged an extra fee. (For flowers that originally cost $35 that were bumped to $75 with the itemized charges from ***) Cancelled my order and going elsewhere. PROTIP for pro flowers: Don't sell promises you can't keep, you've lost another customer.

ProFlowers in Portland, Oregon - Overcharged

I heard an advertisement on the radio station K103 for Proflowers.com, buy a 100 bloom bouquet for mothers day for $19.99. I went on line and purchase this bouquet with $12.99 standard shipping. I confirmed my order total of $32.98. A few minutes later I received my email confirmation/receipt and to my surprise the total was incorrect! They charged me for $14.99 "guarenteed delievery" and $2.99 "care & handling" in addition to the $32.98. I tried to cancel the order but was informed that the order was not able to be canceled due to the busy season. I complained to customer service and they offered $10 for my inconvience. I told them I would accept the $17.98 that they over charged my credit card. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau.

ProFlowers shipping charges are a joke

So i just ordered a boquet of flowers for my mom for mothers day. Carefully select the one I think she will like and proceed to checkout. Added a personalized card so toal is up to 37.95$. Then an option comes up for delivery time am or pm no where does it say anything about an upcharge for this so I select Am since she is usually home in the mornings. So Im still thinking 37.95$ for this plus possibly 10 or 15 bucks for delivery. I enter all the info on the site as needed and cc info. Hit the continue button expecting to go to a charge review screen. Nope it charges my card and gives me a receipt total comes to 73.91 WHAT!!!! so I review it and look over it 12.99 delivery ok seems fair. Morning delivery 14.99 complete and utter *** again no warning or anything when selecting this option. guaranteed delivery 4.99 WHAT!!!! why am i paying for guaranteed delivery isnt the 15 bucks for morning delivery enough to guarantee it? 2.99 care and handeling WTF shouldnt this be in the shipping charge? Im Irate right now this is totally rediculous so what I figured around 50$ is 25$ higher and no chance to even review the charges before submitting this is a joke. I call customer service more like customer I dont want to deal with you and am told nothing can be done on it. Im hoping the flowers arive on time and are in pristine condition. Im going to look into the legality of charging you without allowing you to review charges and I guarantee if it is not legal Im going to find a hungry lawyer and take these assclowns down. Again this is completely a joke the way they run a buisness.

ProFlowers in Tampa, Florida - False Representation on total price of flowers!

I just ordered flowers yesterday and I wondered why the never said exactly what the shipping order including total price would be along with the $19.99 flowers i purchased. Come to find out, my nightmare was exactly what i thought it would be. My order came to nearly $65 dollars which is thirty more dollars than what I expected and when I called customer service the next day (today-May 7) I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor, I couldn't get a refund, and that the total price was posted near the credit card "box." They said they would reduce the charge by $25 dollars and the flowers would still be delivered because there was "nothing wrong with them." Be very careful and make sure you pay attention before actually confirming the order. They will get you!

Do not do business with Proflowers

I am no longer doing business with Proflowers, the online flower/bouquet delivery service. The discount I was suppose to receive was never computed into the final total. Although the order pages kept reporting, 'discount computed on final page'. Or similar verbiage. Evidently the business hopes that you will not recognize the non-discount on the screen-packed final order page. Additionally, this company does not include either shipping or 'handling' costs until the final check-out screen. One should determine that the final cost will be about twice of the initial quoted price. I also believe that the usual three dollar 'handling' charge is excessive. Future Proflower messages will now automatically drop into my email spam folder.
