My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day.When they came I had a rose that was snapped in half and 3 lilies head popped off.

I went online to their website and looked at the arrangement he ordered and it looked NOTHING like the picture shown. I called the company and was told that I would have a new delivery the next day. Next day no flowers. I called again and was told that the previous person I spoke with didn't enter in the order and was told I could get the same arrangement in 6 days.

I told him that was fine.

I just got my arrangement and I think it's worse than the first one.There are barely any flowers at all.
