ProFlowers - Two-time losers
My birthday is the day before Valentine’s Day so my son sent me some flowers when they arrived they look dried up and after three days they started to die. They developed a sticky substance on them like they had some kind of bug. I called the company they sent me new ones the same thing is happening again with the new ones. My husband also sent me a very expensive roses and chocolate covered strawberry scent which the roses never opened half of the roses died.
ProFlowers - Horrible customer service, no return calls or email. Just BS.
I have called and emailed them for 4 days straight. They cant even find my order but guess what they found my CC number and kindly charged it! Amazing, dead flowers for mothers day for my wife and mom, charged me $200 and they dont want to refund it because they cant find the order?
ProFlowers - Disappointed
Received these roses yesterday from my sister for my75th birthday. They were all open when arrived. They were supposed tobe purple roses. Order # 990527408565-1 ordered by Patricia Johnson to come to me Marianne O'Halloran-Mathis. I am very disappointed. 908-420-5831
ProFlowers - Dead flowers
My son ordered flowers for my wife for mothers day to be delivered on Saturday day before mothers day. Never arrived. Finally arrived on Monday. Dead. My son spent a entire afternoon on the phone with their customer service. Person was unable to speak English. Do not use this company!

ProFlowers - Wife’s birthday flowers never arrived
I ordered a two dozen roses for my wife, at 700 pm the day of arrival I called to inquire. They assured me on their way, then called at 8,9 pm respectvly all the while talking to support from India and every call taking 20 minutes due to language barrier I canceled then they tried to charge me for flowers on the next day what an Auful experience. From now on I go local no more big box flowers I had a similar experience with 1-800 flowers terrible

ProFlowers - Two bad deliveries
Got first bouquet of roses and with 5 days 90% were wilted and not going to open. Called to complain about the gift and they sent another one out. The second shipment was worse. I followed all directions to the letter and 3 days later they still wilted and only a few will ever bloom. Would never use Pro Flowers again.
