It's terrible how the floral companies did such a bad job this Mother's Day. I was in Walmart tonight - even their flowers looked bad. smh

Never even got deliverd, hidden fees Indian call center customer service. I kept hearing ads on the radio so I finally got some ordered for my gf giving them about a week in advance for Valentine's day more than enough time according to their site. After I check out and my card has already been charged I get hit with a delivery charge tax handling boosting the price up $20. I didn't cancel and waited they had 12 hours to deliver them and they never got delivered however another person living at the same address got a delivery of flowers but was also missing about half of their order. Customer service is in a call center in India not to good at english but they were polite and gave me a full refund as to be expected first and last oreder from proflowers, very disappointing.

So I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day! What she received looked nother like what I ordered! I was so disappointed!! I only get to see my mom 3 times a year cause we live so far away! I was so excited to be able to have something delivered to her work to make her feel special and it was a complete embarrassment what she got!! I paid around $90 for this and I only got $70 back! Do not ordered from them it's a waste of time!

Despite having sent them 3 emails w week ago, I have yet to hear back from anyone. They used to have great customer service-now even that is terrible.

I have used ProFlowers for years and was always very satisfied with the service. But now that FTD has taken over, they are terrible. I placed an order on a Friday for Sunday delivery to a friend whose brother had just passed away. I paid extra for a weekend delivery and waited on Sunday to get notification that it had been delivered. When I still hadn’t heard anything by Monday, I sent an email, asking what the status was of the order. When I didn’t get a response to that email, I called to find out what had happened. The first representative I spoke with couldn’t tell me anything and transferred to me to someone else. This representative could barely speak English and I had to repeat everything at least twice before she understood what I was saying. I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to hang up, it was that frustrating. She put me on hold repeatedly, she couldn’t find the order, she didn’t know what had happened to it, she couldn’t help me, etc. She offered an upgrade-I explained it already was a premium order, there was no upgrade to be had. Finally she called the florist and confirmed that it had just been delivered, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. No apology for being a day late, no offer of a refund of any kind, never mind the weekend delivery charge, nothing. I will never use them again and neither will my company.
