I ordered flowers for my brother-in-law. Flowers arrived dead in 12/16/19. I called and promised delivery on 12/17/19. Flowers never arrived. I called again and flowers arrived on 12/21.....half dead. Delivery driver took photo of flowers and sent to florist. Delivery driver took half dead flowers back to florist and replaced with beautiful arrangement I ordered. Im very grateful to the delivery driver who went above and beyond his duties. Very dissatisfied with proflowers customer service as well.

Received a package with no card as to who the tree was from, called customer service and spoke with someone who not only couldn't tell me who it was from, but said they couldn't tell me anyway. They checked with the customer who wouldn't give me a phone number. Sounded as if the service was in a foreign country, probably the Phillipines. Terrible service. Do not use!! Address on the label was non-existant.

I ordered flowers for my wife for anniversary to be delivered a day early (today). Primitive tracking said it was still out for delivery as of 9pm. Since I knew that had to be wrong, I called and got hard to understand customer service. She told my order would be delivering via UPS a week from today. I told her that was unacceptable, and she said that best she could do would be 5 days. No sense of priority or that they just messed up in a HUGE way. I got refund (I hope) , and will NEVER use them ever again. Stay away from this sorry company!

Do NOT trust Proflowers! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. We waited ALL DAY, having received an email at 6:00 AM saying the local florist was working on the order. NO FLOWERS! I kept checking the order status. It was "In Progress" ALL DAY. I finally called at 5:30 PM. They apologized but they WERE UNABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER. No one called. No one emailed. No one called my daughter -- NOTHING. This was my first and last time and I'm writing this so that you can save yourselves.

Update: I received an email stating I would receive a full refund in the next 7 days. I still DO NOT recommend this company EVER.

I will hopefully get my money back sooner. I ordered from a local florist in my moms area instead.
