I ordered an arrangement (with chocolates) for my fiancee who was staying with family in Miami... The order was left on the doorstep without at even ringing the doorbell or calling the recipient's phone. The result was wilted flowers and melted chocolate after I called and made her check outside to see if it had been delivered.....It was there; I was mad. My fiancee revived the flowers as best she could -- ProFlowers sent a duplicate arrangement which arrived 2 days later (it was "next day" after I complained). The arrangement was beautiful and the family MADE me promise to write a great review. They really fixed the error; I will order from them again.

Details
Never even got deliverd, hidden fees Indian call center customer service. I kept hearing ads on the radio so I finally got some ordered for my gf giving them about a week in advance for Valentine's day more than enough time according to their site. After I check out and my card has already been charged I get hit with a delivery charge tax handling boosting the price up $20. I didn't cancel and waited they had 12 hours to deliver them and they never got delivered however another person living at the same address got a delivery of flowers but was also missing about half of their order. Customer service is in a call center in India not to good at english but they were polite and gave me a full refund as to be expected first and last oreder from proflowers, very disappointing.

Victim of Easy Saver | ProFlowers review

After a review of my bank records, I kept finding a charge for $14.95 a month show up for months on end. This had no identifying information with it so I called my bank for help. They gave me a phone number to call. I called 3 times and each time I got a different introduction. During one of the calls I stayed on the line and went as far through the automated system as I could only to be disconnected. I then went to my bank and found out this was going on for months. I came home and calculated how *** I was not to have caught this sooner and lets just say it was a lot more than the $20.00 class action settlement that I read about. The amount was easily overlooked in the statement, 14.95 no big deal but then when I went and found that it was month after month the same date from easy saver and then did some digging and found out that I had been a victim of a scam I just was incensed. I totally expect that nothing will come of this and it was a definite learning experience for me but I will never order from this company again and I will make sure everybody that I know is aware of the experience I had with Proflowers

Ordered my daughter some "Get Well "flowers. They were to be delivered on February 22; they were erroneously put in for March 22. That problem was taken care of very nicely. When the bouquet that I ordered was delivered, my daughter sent me a picture--looked NOTHING like what I had ordered! The bouquet was called "A dozen hugs and a dozen kisses ", which was 12 red tulips in bud form and 12 purple irises. The picture my daughter sent showed more tulip leaves than flowers, and they weren't artfully arranged! I will NOT be ordering from this company again. Very upset and disappointed.

I ordered long-stem roses for my wife on 2/8/16 but what she received can only be called sweetheart- or petite roses. The longest ones were only 12 inches before trimming. That's a far cry from a long-stem rose (one source shows long-stem roses are 23"-24" long). And their bud size doesn't rate them as long-stem either. They don't look like much in a typical 10-inch-tall vase. This isn't the first quality problem I've had with Proflowers. Next time I'll try another flower vendor.

Disappointed in Santa Fe | ProFlowers review

Details
Flowers are for special occasions. Delivery the next day is not acceptable, even with a full refund. How can they stay in business? This happened to me once before, but I decided to give them another chance since the flowers are beautiful, but once again, the flowers came a full day late. My loved one was sad and very disappointed in hearing nothing from me on her special, 75th birthday. Proflowers cannot make up for that disappointment nor can I. Flowers the next day just aren't the same. I will NEVER use Proflowrs again.
