ProFlowers - Company changed and now it has no daytime options as in... afternoon, before noon or after 5pm, so i called to inquire,

WOW what a mistake i called 4 times and tried to talk to 4 different people, but could not understand anyone except for the last one a little, and she had no clue what was their company policy. I used to use pro flowers a lot, but never again . They have gone to *** so sad !

ProFlowers in Rancho Cucamonga, California - HORRIBLE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT AND SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! The flower arrangement was very ugly. The flowers and leaves did not look fresh. They also delivered the flowers 3 days late. Customer service was difficult and refused to process the refund. They said my boyfriend had to call to get it done. The customer service is in the Phillipines. The Supervisor, Joy, was not helpful. I could hardly understand her. This is the WORST FLOWER COMPANY that I have ever dealt with! Save yourself the stress. If you want quality flowers, this is not the place to order from.
