I ordered a bouquet arrangement for my sisters birthday from PROFLOWERS, which was delivered late! They delivered the flowers wrapped in plastic with greenery stuffed in a vase. No arrangement!! They act as if she was supposed to put her own arrangement together!! This is unacceptable! I paid almost $63 for this nonsense. This was my first time ordering flowers and I was so damn embarrassed. She sent me a picture and she looked so sad. Now they claim they are going to re-deliver the flowers on 01/28!?! Just stay away!!!

Unfortunately ProFlowers has moved their customer relations service to an Asian country where the employers do not speak english, So good luck with your service unless you speak Mandarin !

Received a package with no card as to who the tree was from, called customer service and spoke with someone who not only couldn't tell me who it was from, but said they couldn't tell me anyway. They checked with the customer who wouldn't give me a phone number. Sounded as if the service was in a foreign country, probably the Phillipines. Terrible service. Do not use!! Address on the label was non-existant.

I ordered flowers for my wife for anniversary to be delivered a day early (today). Primitive tracking said it was still out for delivery as of 9pm. Since I knew that had to be wrong, I called and got hard to understand customer service. She told my order would be delivering via UPS a week from today. I told her that was unacceptable, and she said that best she could do would be 5 days. No sense of priority or that they just messed up in a HUGE way. I got refund (I hope) , and will NEVER use them ever again. Stay away from this sorry company!

I called because I did not give the billing address. What a waste of time. I had trouble hearing the person on the phone plus I couldnt understand her. I asked several times to speak with someone else - no result. Dont think that I will do business with them again!
