Mother's Day plant

5/7/21 Rc'd a succulent planter in a white pot. PLANTER WAS NOT AS SHOWN ON WEB .

Called customer service and was transferred to FTD. Explained what I received and was told a new planter would be delivered the next day. Rc'd a new one on 5/8/21.

Same thing-plants were in a nursery pot and then put in a white planter. Web picture shows green moss surrounding.the plants not exposed dirt.

I ordered Best Day Bouquet AT $82.00 on Sunday 17JAN21 for a friend for her birthday after she endured a flat tire on her special day. She works full time in her home and is available ALL DAY UNTIL 3PM.

My friend sent me a photo after the flowers were delivered very late in the day.2 yellow lilies & 1 pink rose AND THAT WAS IT!!

I PAID $82 FOR 10 FLOWERS PER YOUR WEBSITE: 3 PURPLE ROSES, 3 RED ROSES, 2 LILLIES, & 2 SUNFLOWERS...AGAIN $82 BLASTED DOLLARS!!!!

When I immediately called customer service 18JAN21 the Asian woman reached out to the florist, Murrays: 717-880-****. My friend then told me that Murrays called her asking if she was ok with her flowers? **WHY??!!** I AM THE ONE THAT ORDERED AND PAID FOR THE DELIVERY. HOW STUPID IS THAT?!

Again, I called Cust Svc, and the Asian woman stated she would have my order RE-DELIVERED 19JAN21.

SO PRO FLOWERS HAS DONE NOTHING TO CORRECT MY ORDER, NOT RE-DELIVERED, NOR REFUNDED AT ALL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN PRO FLOWERS IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF MY DELIVERY OR REFUND.

HONESTLY, I WOULD EXPECT BOTH DUE TO THE RUDENESS AND LACK OF SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS. ABSOLUTELY WORST FLOWER DELIVERY EVER!!!!!!

Just a joke of a service lately

I ordered flowers and have used you for a long time, but you have gone down in the way you approach the business. This is not my first issues and seems to becoming so much worse.

The delivery service you used remember I am your customer not theirs.

The person that delivered my flowers smelt so so so bad, holes all over his clothing, dirty I mean filthy all over hands clothing everything.

No mask on you have put me and my family in danger not knowing if they were effected or not and how dirty they were no tilling what else they might have. I am stressed that since you sent them to my door that they could come back and cause more issues for my family. So for you to save money you have put others in harms way.

I called to make this complaint and the ones you have helping on the call center do not care after getting passed around and needing to retail my story to each one they said it would be looked into, and I will hear back. Federal

Again you have put my family in danger you have put my family in harms way, You have neglected all COVID-19 CDC, OSHA, STATE, and Federal rules remember this was the service you used not me I was your customer not theirs.

This was your responsibility This was a waste of my valuable time and money. The flower arrangement was the worse they looked sad not thought out at all what a JOKE that you put your name behind the arrangement and delivery.

This really shows' me the values you customers have and what order they go in. I do not know even if you really know the word value, mission, structure, team, strategic plan, and most of all customer service

User's recommendation: Look and review your business mission statement, Look and review your strategic plan, Look to see how others represent what you stand for, Your business is different today than it was when you started something is wrong you need to look and regroup look at the structure Its probably my last and I am going to say my peace of mind in every place I can. Remember you are not the only one that offers this your not the only player in the sand box

Arrangement delivered was not what I ordered

I was embarrassed by the arrangement that Proflowers sent to my sister's memorial service. Proflowers used a local grocery store florist.The arrangement was not like Proflowers' picture.

I realize that sometimes substitutions must be made but the arrangement had only one color of roses and that's it. It looked pathetic, and boring.

Flowers not delivered on time

803******** Last name Anger, flowers were supposed to be delivered today, now they show delivery on Monday, called customer service and was told it was delayed due to weather, there was no weather here or where the flowers came from, arrived in Little Rock at around 8:00am this morning, roads are clear no travel issues, big snowstorm scheduled for Sunday night into Monday also on Wednesday, my guess is the flowers can not be delivered until next week. Very disappointed use Pro Flowers for all occasions last two times have had problems. Very disappointed

Bad customer service

First of all, no one speaks clearly and the language is garbled english.

Tried to order on line..finished putting in all information, wouldn't actually get there.Called Co got above folks. They tried to charge me21/2 times on line quote.

Gave up and will call florist myself.

Used to love proflowers, but with help like this..might as well close their doors.

I placed two orders with ProFlowers that I had to cancel. I was billed and they were delivered.

Both orders were canceled. My daughter called your customer service and thought it was settled. The charge for shipping on the first was debited to my credit card.

The person with whom she talked said we would be credited with the price of the flowers but not the shipping costs on the second. I'm still awaiting that fifty dollar credit I was promised.

ORDER #: E566**** >> I placed my order for the nicest arrangement I could fine on your site. I paid for extra care & faster shipping.

I have a photo. What I received was simply disheartening! The number of flowers, the matching colored & shaped vase was not received & the condition health of the stems was wilted & exhibited a spoiled odor. For the $109+ I paid you should be embarrassed.

I thought I seen that the order would be created by a local company, which had me believing that the gift would be fresher & hopefully last longer. I have never had such disappointment in Any Floral gift. I expected something Very Nice if Not Better.

The gift has me completely saddened & I Am The One Embarrassed!! I cannot think, at this time, What would make this situation better.....
