I can admire the cross-sells they offer before finalizing your shopping cart sale. Although you end up paying more, at least it's your decision.

But you don't find out until the very end that your delivery fees + (mandatory) care/handling fee total to $30.

AND that is *not* for a last-minute delivery -- it was scheduled several days prior to delivery (and the site said this was standard).

- $15 Standard Delivery

- $10 Saturday Extra (on SUNDAY it is reportedly $15 I saw per other customer complaint)

- $5 Care/Handling Fee (mandatory -- just another way to DISGUISE delivery fees so they can say their delivery fees are less than what they are)

Next time we're checking out other online florist -- or we'll go go back to using a local florist.

Make it a Great Day :-)

Agreed. They do not show you the final price until after you have entered your credit card information. Not many shopping sites of this caliber have to resort to these types of tactics.Guess management is well aware of their exuberant fees. Doesn't seem to be a sustainable business plan

Agreed, they wait until you go through the whole order process before they spring the fees on you.

Has a very sleazy feel to it.

Yes, I wrote to Pro Flowers yesterday about fees, particularly "care and handling" fees. they don't care!

Got standard form reply. 39.00 order (not rush) costs 65.00.

What a load, told them I won't use again. They don't care!!!
