I can admire the cross-sells they offer before finalizing your shopping cart sale. Although you end up paying more, at least it's your decision.
But you don't find out until the very end that your delivery fees + (mandatory) care/handling fee total to $30.
AND that is *not* for a last-minute delivery -- it was scheduled several days prior to delivery (and the site said this was standard).
- $15 Standard Delivery
- $10 Saturday Extra (on SUNDAY it is reportedly $15 I saw per other customer complaint)
- $5 Care/Handling Fee (mandatory -- just another way to DISGUISE delivery fees so they can say their delivery fees are less than what they are)
Next time we're checking out other online florist -- or we'll go go back to using a local florist.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of proflowers flowers and associated monetary loss in the amount of $18. ProFlowers needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
