Thought I was doing something nice for my mother for Easter, and purchased flowers for her. Next thing I know I have a 1.95 charge, then the next month it was 9.95 and 14.95.

I am requesting all charges reversed. My bank is working with me on this. Then to top it off, I never got the free vase I was supposed to get as a special gift for my flower purchase.

Never again will I order from Proflowers. So sad you think you are doing something nice for someone, and in the background there are thieves waiting to pounce

I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WASA 52.00 VALENTINE

FLOWERS AND TRIED TO CANCEL PHONE ANSWERED AND WAS TOLD THE HAD TO TRANSFER ME TO DIEL TONE , I CALLED THE CHARGE NUMBER AND WAS BUSY ALL THE TIME.

TOTAL RIP OFF WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN

When I received the flowers on Friday to give to my wife for mother's day, they arrived totally different than what was advertised. Not only that - the petals started falling off on Saturday morning!!!!

The next day!!! By Sunday morning, all the roses were withered and dead.

Never again will I use Pro Flowers!!! NEVER!!!
