I ordered flowers on Wednesday from ProFlowers.com. I paid extra for Saturday deliver for Mothers Day.
Flowers were not delivered yesterday and will now be delivered Monday according to Fedex tracking. This is the first time I used this site and the last time I will ever use an online florist. I am very disappointed and feel I am due a refund. I will be sharing my disappointing experience with everyone I can.
Also, I work in shipping and receiving and I know that Fedex is garbage compared to UPS. Not sure who is responsible here Fedex or Proflowers.
Monetary Loss: $40.
