I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends work for Valentine’s Day, and apparently she wasn’t there to receive them, which is funny because they ONLY GIVE YOU A TIME FRAME OF A WHOLE to deliver them, instead of maybe asking if she was working today, calling the contact number and clarifying anything, maybe considering it’s Valentine’s day FIGURE SOMETHING OUT or CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. Only after I finally decided to check the tracker, because they sent me no updates, did I find out they didn’t deliver the flowers.

But it’s ok because they can deliver the next day!

ON FRICKING VALENTINES DAY. Horrible company charged way too much for everything huge rip off

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $85.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: No communication when they could not deliver, Lack of urgency, Lack of understanding, Staff attitude, Did not contact the customer when delivery could not be made.
