Charged more for delivery than stated. I opted for a few days before Mother's Day to keep Delivery cost down.

I was charged as if it were delivered on Mother's Day. Ordered to be delivered on Thursday, 3 days before Mother's Day. After Tracking Saturday before Mother's Day, still not delivered and won't be until Monday after Mother's Day. Order was sent out for delivery on day expected so they can't be delivered Fresh.

They said it was a UPS problem. I was told I would get my money charged back to my credit card in 5-7 business day. Funny, they got the money from my credit card right away. Hope I do get it back.

No flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Very, very upset.
