I’ve been getting updates from Pro Flowers that my flowers have been chosen, they are in the truck, they are out for delivery, they have been delivered... Yea, then I get a email that the 2 dozen rose that were ordered have been substituted for an arrangement that has 3 ROSES and a bunch of greens.

When I talk to customer service I was informed that the decision to substitute my order was made over a week ago, yet they did not contact me until after the delivery was made a week later. The substitution looks horrible, but I didn’t get seven dollars back for my trouble. This is the third time in the last five deliveries that I’ve had with this company that it’s been bad or wrong or screwed up.

I will never use the service again. Ordered 2 dozen roses, got 4 roses

Reason of review: Not as described.

Preferred solution: Nothing, lost a customer .

I didn't like: False advertising, Not being contacted when substitution was being made.
