Ordered flowers at 10:15am for someone's birthday the following day (Sunday) paid extra to get the flowers delivered on a sunday by 1pm. got a confirmation email that everything was set.
11:00 on Sunday recieved an email that they could not honor the delivery because "the florist in the area was not open".
No time to get another gift.. what a joke. Called care to get refund. told it takes up to 5 days, still waiting to recieve the refund.
How can a company advertise that they have delivery and not be able to find a florist.
use at your own risk.. pro flowers is horrible
