I just received an order from my son and its shocking how bad it looked. Half of the flowers were broken, all were squished and several stems were actually so rotten they came apart in my hands.

I was horrified that someone would pack them because they were clearly rotten when they were packed. When I called customer service, my ire increased. I could barely hear the person, because there was incredible background noise, and bad reception--very unprofessional. I had to repeat the order number 3 times.

Then I was told I could not get a replacement for 2 weeks!!. That was simply unacceptable. Despite the horrible connection I was able to figure out that the rep was offering me a refund though I had to ask him 4 times to repeat it because it turned into mumbles. It was incomprehensible.

I finally asked him if he was offering me a refund.

WE have used this service in the past but I can assure you I will tell my sons not to use it again, nor will I . Alex Zavoluk, my son, is the one who ordered the flowers

User's recommendation: Don't use them.

Preferred solution: Better customer service on a phone line without static and background chatter and a person I can understand and then an immediate replacement, from a local florist if necessary..
