ProFlowers in Fort Worth, Texas - Pro Flowers is the worst.

I ordered flowers on the Saturday before Mother's Day and paid same day shipping charges and extra service charges. Flowers arrived on Tuesday. When I called for a refund, the customers service person in Bombay said they would have to pick up the flowers from my mother and then they would process my refund. Are you kidding me?? Never again will I use Pro Flowers. Crooks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online. It's not possible to deal with a customer service person who can actually do anything. The statement that they would take the flowers away from my mother to process the refund is ludicrous. Mother's Day on Tuesday just doesn't get it.

CALLED IN TO ORDER FLOWER FOR MY WIFE 1ST REP I SPOKE WITH HAD THE WHOLE ORDER WRONG SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ME I COULDNT UNDERSTAND HER EITHER IT WAS MESS.. SHE OVER CHARGED MY ACCT & ADDED OTHER ITEMS HOW DID SHE GET TULIPS AND IRISES FROM LONG STEM ROSES I WAS BAFFLED HOW SHE JUST AVIODED WHAT I ASKED FOR LONG STEM ROSES.. CANCELLED ORDER CALLED BACK AND GOT ANOTHER REP HE WAS A BIT BETTER NOT THAT MUCH BECAUSE HE OVER CHRGED MY ACCT AND THEY EVEN CHARGED MY FOR SAT MORN DELIVERY MORE THEN THE PREV REP, HE EVEN UP GRADED MY ORDER AND MY WIFE DID NOT RECIEVE WHAT I UPGRADED TO SHE DIDNT RECIEVE HER TEDDY BEAR OR CHOCOLATE BOX SHE REVIEVED TULIPS & IRISES LIKE THE 1ST ORDER THAT WAS CANCELLED AND NO LONG STEM ROSES BUT I WAS CHARGED FPR LONG STEM ROSES AND TEDDY BEAR CHOCOLATES AND SHE RECIEVED TULIPS IRISES IN A RED MASON JAR SHE WAS TO RECIEVE THE BIG UP GRADED VASE {IN RED} I PAID TO HAVE ROSES LONG STEM ROSES AND UPGRADED PAID SOOOOO MUCH $$$ FOR ***. THIS IS THE WORST VDAY GIFT I BELIEVE SHE AHS RECIEVED IN YEARS ONL BECAUSE YOUR REPS CANT SEEM TO GET *** RIGHT. Proflowers, RedEnvelope, Personal Creations

Proflowers companies include RedEnvelope and Personal Creations. I've used these companies but will no longer. I choose to spend my money with companies that do not support others who slander women. Their support for Rush Limbaugh following his obscene and offensive remarks about women is something I cannot tolerate. They wrote to me that they spend their advertising dollars across a broad spectrum of shows...so they appear to have no ethics or moral obligations. I believe in free speech but I do not believe people can attack others with vicious, slanderous words and do this with no consequence. If Proflowers has no limits, I do.
