I ordered the flowers online and the pictures of the flowers were great and the price was reasonable, however when the bill came they charged a "Delivery Charge" A "Handling Charge" & "Saturday Shipping" in addition to taxes. This company employs bait and switch and deceptive practices when you order from then. Then when you receive the flowers they die after only 2 days. Two days? Walmart flowers last longer than these!! You would think that they would tell you up front about all of these charges and maybe if I ready the 2 font print I would have seen all of the conditions, however I will never ever buy flowers from these people again. So I've ordered from pro flowers before for my mom and Exboyfriends mom on Valentine's and BOTH flowers were dead and one case was broken. $170 dollars later. My new boyfriend has sent me 3 bouquets so far. 1 was fine. The last one was COMPLETELY DEAD. But yet he still ordered and gave pro flowers a chance. So in order to get flowers by this Valentine's Day I get a *** excuse for a bouquet. 12 roses (practically 11 cause one is broken) all dead l leaves dropping and completely squished!!!!!!! If you complain to them they give you a coupon. Oh thanks for a coupon for some more dead flowers ?! What the heck? I refuse to accept any flowers from this company. It's a waste of money

Over charged!!!!! | ProFlowers review from Houston, Texas

I placed an order for Christmas cookies. The charge was suppose to be for $24.99 plus shipping and handling, total was to be under $45.00, This was not the case when Proflowers got done with my account the charge was $85.94. I did call to add another name to the card, so they went into my account and charged another amount of $89. 94 total $175.88 for cookies. When I called back and asked they customer representative was rude and told me it wasn't taken out of my account. It has been a nightmare trying to get my money back and 6 days later I still don't have my money. I would not suggest ever ordering form these people again unless you got money to tough away , they are thief's and liars

Flower arrangement delivered looked nothing like photo on website | ProFlowers review from Houston, Texas

Do not order flowers from Proflowers.com. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a local funeral home for a loved ones funeral. The flowers were delivered but looked nothing at all like the photo online. I upgraded the arrangement to Deluxe, but there were less flowers in the vase than the Standard. It does say on the website that the flowers may differ somewhat from the photo, but this was beyond imagination. I have seen flower arrangements at Krogers that were nicer for a whole lot less money. I should have done my homework before ordering from this company.

yes you should have. Rarely do the on line flower sites live up to what is promised......mostly because they sub the job out to local florists with limited resources or no resources as what was pictured.....

The internet add has so many beautiful pictures of their arrangements---they post on the front page that they have designers--working on their arrangements....and when the flowers arrive---they are not even fresh as they say, some of them were looking wilted already---arrive in a box, ...the recipient has to make the arrangement themselves. Too expensive... better off staying with your local florist...that will deliver a beautiful arrangement with flowers in the vase...maybe with some babybreath in it...--Their flowers are overly expensive, their delivery charge is way too, too much... Don't believe the adds on the radio and tv--they are all a lie.

I attempted to send a 20. flower /candy and FREE vase and in the final tally AFTER I submitted my card info...There were all kinds of charges adding up to twice the amount!..i called the company and the agent conveniently didn't see the arrangement I ordered..In the computer there is all kinds of specials(all BOGUS)..The phone agent gave me some *** that the 4.95 shipping stated is in ADDITION to the regular charge...total:17.95......Ch 7 news needs to investigate this company

I ordered two different orders, one in April, one in May. They used the same order # for both! So the May delivery was not delivered because it looked like the same one from April, and they didn't bother to call me about it until a week after the funeral they were suppose to be delivered to!! On top of that, when I called after receiving an automated voice mail stating the order # ___ was set to be delivered on April ____ and to call customer service, the *** lady couldn't understand ME (she said I had a funny accent and to articulate, while she on the hand spoke broken English) and she couldn't even figure out why the order numbers were duplicated, why nobody informed me sooner of the mix up, and how to even refund me. It turns out while on the phone with her, I figured out what had happened and logged online to find out the May delivery had been taken off of hold for an invalid delivery date and re-scheduled to be delivered in three weeks. Talk about shady! I wonder when she would have told me about this, but instead cancelled the order and because the new delivery date was for later, got an automatic refund for cancelling. This whole ordeal has caused a huge embarrassment on my part because it made me look like an uncaring friend to the deceased's family. Do not use them!! I now would rather make my own spread and delivered it than go through their services again.
