ProFlowers - Why is this company still running???

Customer service is horrible, they cant seem to talk. They are unprofessional when it comes to customer needs, they sound annoyed and irritated. Hidden fees all over the place.. a simple order of 29.99 ended up at almost 60$.They have delivery fee of almost 15$, taxes, additional 5$ to be delivered on a THURSDAY.. and lets not forget 3$ for "handling" That's including their promo codes. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO business with them. My first and last time. Stick with your original flower shop, because they take pride in their work. Proflowers just wants your money. It's that simple.

ProFlowers - No delivery and no notification

My husband and I placed an order to be delivered on Saturday, May 9th, for his mom on Mother's Day. The night before, we received an email saying that "our team immediately recognized there was a quality issue with your order and took proactive measures to ensure that your gift is delivered on the requested date". They then contacted a local florist in her area and requested a similar product of equal or greater value. Well, by Wednesday, May 13th, she still had not received anything. When I called customer service, they looked up the order and found that a note had been made saying it was rescheduled to May 14th. There was no reason listed. The lady gave the sister company a call to inquire and they told her they just straight up canceled due to them being at capacity for orders and that we should be getting a refund in a week or so. And that's it. What a freaking joke. We never got any emails or calls or ANY notification about this at all. Thanks for ruining her gift for us. This is the first time we have used ProFlowers (even the name makes me laugh now), and we will NEVER use them again.

ProFlowers - Grandma Funeral Spray

I contacted Proflowers and spoke with Jill to inform her the order I placed was for the amount of $97.62 (Spray w/ stand)and the local flower shop contacted my mother of delivery and value of $74.00. My mother showed them a picture of what I purchased and was told to upgrade to a spray she had to pay $25.00 extra. Jill at Proflower argued with me instead of helping my with the situation. Jill customer service was poor, unhelpful, argumentative and she terminated my phone call without resolving my concern. I called Proflowers again and spoke with Austin which he was able to resolve my concern and very helpful (this how customer service should be handled. All I request as a return for Jill to contact me and explain why she terminated my phone call and why she did not resolved my concern.
