First dem rip me off wid the shipping and delivery. The bastards charged me for guaranteed delivery when i selected standard delivery.

So i call dem to find out why dem double charge me. The incompetent customer representative lie to me and tell me seh he gonna escalate it to him supervisor and then call me back do give me a partial refund. The ole liard boy never call me back. The next day i track the delivery on the UPS website and i even call dem to find out where di flowers dem.

All now the flowers dem no deliver. I tell you i wanted to curse some Jamaican bad words but me hold mi tongue.
