I paid $55.00 for a planter basket to be sent to the funeral home for my friend that passed away. It looked very pretty online.

I saw it last night at the wake...it was very very small and the plant was dead. They didnt even put it with the other flowers and plants at the funeral home. Needless to say I was so embarrassed. It looked like a dead ***.

I emailed Customer Service and guess what...no response!!

Imagine that!!

I will NEVER order from them again and recommend that no one else does either!!! Unless you want to send garbage weeds and be embarrassed.

I hate when florist deliver a flower tribute and flowers look dead, and or no thought has gone into it. Big money in flowers why rip someone off. Funeral Directors London
