Ordered flowers, saw a bunch of extra charges (s&h, standard shipping), decided to upgrade my purchase to next day delivery. Found out that instead of delivered, my flowers were sitting in a shipping warehouse in the middle of the country.

After calling up customer service, they offered to refund shipping fees, and said there was an option to receive it early the next morning, but I would be charged an extra fee.

(For flowers that originally cost $35 that were bumped to $75 with the itemized charges from ***) Cancelled my order and going elsewhere. PROTIP for pro flowers: Don't sell promises you can't keep, you've lost another customer.
