Just like others on this complaint site. Paid $29.99 for flowers to be delivered to my Mother-in-law for Mothers Day.
The e-mail confirmation was more than $20.00 higher. Also ordered these flowers off of a Facebook promotion and did not get the reward that was promised. When I contacted CS they stated that my order did not qualify. LOL They did not have any instructions on the promotion.
I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau!
I strongly suggest others do the same. You cannot put an end to something unless you make it hurt their pocketbook!
