Sent flowers for Valentines Day and they arrived yesterday, wilted. I called to complain and was offered a second delivery, another chance for them to get it right.

They missed that one too. After promising delivery before noon on Valentines Day, they delivered several hours late, after her office had closed. She was understanding about the whole thing but it was still embarrassing and I can tell she was a little disappointed. Good job, ProFlowers.

If you specialize in something, as in that's all you do, aren't you supposed to be good at it? I'll never do business with these people again.
